Randolph Community College's workforce development program offers you the continuing education, job training and certification programs you need to seize the opportunity to change your life for the better.

You can choose from a variety of specialized programs in numerous fields. Whichever you choose, you'll get a top-notch educational experience. All of our classes are taught by passionate instructors with the background and skill in their field to prepare you to excel. Continuing Education

Many of our classes prepare you for licensure exams and help you earn industry-recognized credentials in various fields such as Therapeutic Massage, Nursing Assistant, HVAC, Welding, Phlebotomy, Veterinary Assisting, Health Coaching, and Plumbing. In a few weeks or months, you'll be ready to enter a new career. We also offer many training programs designed to help you re-certify or gain new job-related skills to enhance your career. Personal Enrichment


Business & Industry

If you're a business owner looking to train, retrain or upgrade the skills of current or future employees, we can help. Specific training assessments are customized to best fit your organization's schedule and operation. Courses are offered for all working shifts, seven days a week, and can be delivered on-site at your business or at one of our convenient campus locations in Randolph County.


College & Career Readiness

Improve your communication skills, enhance your problem-solving abilities or get your high school equivalency: you can do it all at RCC. We offer a variety of college and career readiness programs designed to help you succeed in school, better your job prospects and improve your life. Programs include High School Equivalency, English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Adult Basic Life Skills, and Adult Basic Education. Courses are taught at locations throughout Randolph County, as well as online.


Public Safety Training

Begin or advance a career serving your community with training in public safety. With our state-of-the-art facilities and specialized programs dedicated to law enforcement, fire and rescue services, and emergency medical services, you'll get the hands-on training to save lives and make a difference.
