Transcripts

If you attended RCC within the past 5 years you MAY not have to submit official transcripts. To find out, speak with your Student Services Counselor.

If you have NOT attended RCC within the past 5 years or if you find you need to submit official transcripts after speaking with your Student Services Counselor, follow the steps below.

Submit a Transcript to RCC

  • Student must request the transcript(s). RCC cannot make the request on behalf of the student.
  • Contact the institution(s) or visit their website for transcript request instructions.
  • Transcripts will, in most all cases, not be released to students from other institutions if they owe an outstanding balance or if they have holds on their account at that institution. If uncertain, students should check with the other institution before requesting a transcript.
  • RCC must receive an official copy of the transcript, which means that the transcript must be in a sealed, unopened, envelope from the issuing institution or the institution can email the transcript electronically to rccreg@randolph.edu. The sealed, unopened, envelope may be hand delivered.

  • Student must request the transcript(s). RCC cannot make the request on behalf of the student.

  • Carefully read the instructions to ensure the correct transcript request is completed.

  • Student must request the transcript(s). RCC cannot make the request on behalf of the student.
  • Contact the institution where the diploma was awarded or visit their website for transcript request instructions.

Students who have attended other colleges/universities are considered transfer students.Transfer students seeking admission into a specific program must

  1. meet the same admission requirements as new students
  2. submit official transcripts from all colleges attended. (Official transcripts are received in a sealed envelope from the institution(s) attended or electronically through National Student Clearinghouse.)

Applicants who have attended other institutions of higher learning may transfer credit earned in comparable courses or programs of study (See Awarding Credit Policy).

Request A Transcript from RCC

To request an unofficial transcript(s), you must click on the appropriate form below, fill it out, print it, and then sign it. An unofficial transcript is free. 

Request an Unofficial Curriculum Transcript

  • For an Unofficial Curriculum Transcript, fax your form to the Registrar's Office at 336-629-4695. Your transcript(s) will be sent to the recipient indicated on the form by mail or it can be held at the registrar's office for pickup.

Request an Unofficial Continuing Education Transcript

  • For an Unofficial Continuning Education Transcript, fax your form to the Continung Education Registrar's Office at 336-318-0516. Your transcript(s) will be sent to the recipient indicated on the form by mail or it can be held at the Continuing Education and Industrial Center for pickup.

The student must request the transcript(s) - RCC cannot make the request on behalf of the student.
