Health Coaching

NBHWC Seal of Approval LogoHelp clients optimize their health and well-being! The Health Coach program is designed to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and resources to facilitate behavior change in a structured, supportive partnership. As a coach, you will invite insights and clarity through inquiry and personal discovery, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit to help clients make the changes that support a healthier lifestyle.

When you graduate from this program, you will be eligible to sit for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) Certifying Examination. The NBHWC has approved RCC's Health & Wellness Coach program for the education and training of health and wellness coaches.
