Welcome to the Human Resources Department at Randolph Community College. Our mission is dedicated to supporting the goals of the College, and we view our employees as one of RCC's most valuable assets.

Prior to starting your online application for full-time positions, you should have the following items available to attach to your application: a cover letter, your current resume, and all college transcripts from colleges from which you obtained a degree. Transcripts must provide your name, the College name, the degree(s) earned, and the date the degree was conferred or awarded. If a college degree was not earned, a high school or high school equivalency diploma transcript must be submitted.

You may attach these items as a PDF, Microsoft Word document, Notepad document, Word Perfect document, or Window Picture and Fax Viewer document. There is a size limit of 5 MB on each individual attachment. Please mark out or remove any of the following items which appear on the transcript before you submit it: Social Security Number, date of birth, gender, date of high school graduation. Foreign transcripts must include an official transcript evaluation which interprets equivalency to U.S. graduate credits.

Applications without all required attached documents will not be considered.

Official transcripts will be required upon an offer of employment.

*It is important that your application show all education you possess and your work experience for at least the last 10 years. Applications may be rejected if incomplete. Online applications are stored on a secure site. Only authorized employees and hiring authorities have access to the information submitted.

Annual Security Report

Randolph Community College is committed to the safety of everyone in the College community. In compliance with the Clery Act (Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act), Randolph Community College publishes an annual report about crime on campus by October 1 of each year. The Human Resources office is open during regular College operating hours, Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and Fridays, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
