• Education Benefits — Tuition-Free class per year. Randolph Community College encourages its full-time employees to take advantage of several opportunities to pursue educational opportunities. All full-time employees are eligible to take a curriculum or noncredit class tuition-free each semester. Employees are responsible for the cost of their own books, supplies and all applicable fees.
