- This is a program showcase and job fair. We work with our K12 partners and invite all high school seniors without a plan after graduation to come to our campus for program overviews/demos and a job fair comprised of primarily Randolph County employers. Our way of helping these students find their next step in Randolph county. Our career coaches and high school CDCs (career development coordinators) work with the students prior to the event with career exploration to aid them in the program selections for the day and how to conduct themselves during interviews in preparation for the job fair.
