With the COVID-19 pandemic still lingering in North Carolina, more people are looking for ways to navigate the added stress, including massage therapy. Randolph Community College is offering an “MBLEx Prep” course, taught by National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) Approved Provider Kat Greenfield.
“MBLEx Prep” prepares students to sit for the MLBEx (Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination). Topics include Anatomy, Kinesiology, Pathology, and Ethics. Students must have successfully completed or currently be attending a Therapeutic Massage program.
The course (#75545) is Tuesday through Thursday, Nov. 17-19, from 6-9 p.m. in room 106 of the Ken Kinley Center on the Asheboro Campus. The cost is $70.
