ASHEBORO (Sept. 16, 2019)
Looking to take the next step toward your dream job?
Randolph Community College is hosting a Career & Transfer Fair on Thursday, Oct. 17, from 1-5 p.m. at the JB & Claire Davis Training Center on the Asheboro Campus.
At least 33 employers and five universities will be on tap, along with community resources such as NCWorks and RCC’s Workforce Development & Continuing Education department and Small Business Center.
The purpose of the fair is to foster relationships between students, employers, and the greater Randolph County community while also helping students build the career confidence they need to succeed
The fair is a precursor to RCC’s Job Fair in the spring, which will be a launchpad for students and the community to network and, hopefully, see students hired on the spot.
Both fairs look to center RCC as not just a place of learning and development, but a place of growth and opportunities to work.
