ASHEBORO (June 27, 2019)
Randolph Community College is offering both of its popular couponing workshops in July. Most participants easily save the cost of the workshop and more during their first grocery shopping trip using these techniques.
In the “Extreme Couponing I” workshop, students will learn to save an average of 50-75 percent by using coupons and drastically cutting their food budgets by bargain shopping. Learn how to find, organize, and use coupons. The class is designed to make using coupons easy and fun. The workshop includes a course handout, freebies, and door prizes. This class will change the way participants shop and teach them to save more money than they ever imagined.
The class (#70841) meets from 5-7 p.m. Monday, July 8, in room 117 of the Continuing Education and Industrial Center (CEIC) on the Asheboro Campus. The cost of the course is $16.
“Advanced Extreme Couponing” will help students take their couponing to the next level. Participants will learn how to get most of their family’s toiletries and household items for free or even make money doing it. The two-hour class covers everything students need to know to play what couponers call “The Drugstore Game” and learn how to shop specific local stores. The class includes a shopping trip to a store in the area to practice these techniques.
This class (#70842) meets from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, in room 117 of the CEIC. The cost of this course is $20.
