ASHEBORO (March 26, 2019)
Randolph Community College is participating in Admissions/FAFSA Day for the 2019-20 academic year Monday, April 22. College financial aid officers and student services will help students complete their college application and Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) forms over the internet.
The program is open to students who plan to attend college in the 2019-20 academic year. RCC’s event is from 3-7 p.m., April 22, in room 106 of the Continuing Education and Industrial Center (CEIC) located at 413 Industrial Park Avenue on the Asheboro Campus.
Participants should bring their completed 2017 federal 1040 tax forms and W-2 forms (dependent students should bring a copy of their parents’ completed 2017 federal 1040 tax forms and W-2 forms). In addition to tax information, each student and one parent of a dependent should obtain an FSA ID before Admissions/FAFSA Day from the U.S. Department of Education here and have the FSA ID and password available for the application. Participants also should know their Social Security number or bring their card with them.
It is helpful (though not required) for attendees to complete as much of the 2019-20 FAFSA on the Web Worksheet as possible and then bring it with them on FAFSA Day.
