Randolph Community College’s Workforce Development and Continuing Education Division is offering a series of courses on the Asheboro Campus this fall designed for human resource professionals to earn recertification credits.
“Impact 365: Managing & Aligning Your Personal, HR, and Organization Brands” will address how to manage one’s professional brand, leverage the HR function’s brand, and influence the organization’s brand, while strategically aligning all three. This class has been approved as 3.75 Business recertification credit hours through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®). The class (#66864) will meet from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 9. The cost for the course is $70.
“Beyond Tactical Strategic HR Management” will assist those in the HR profession to understand strategic human resource management, distinguish between strategic and tactical HR activities, understand the steps in building strategic relationships, understand the competencies required to become a strategic partner, assess their readiness to be a strategic partner, and create an action plan to address their areas for improvement. This class has been approved as 3 Business recertification credit hours through HRCI®. This course (#66862) is scheduled for 9 a.m.-12 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 6. The cost is $70.
The third course, “Harassment is Never Pretty...Stop it Before it Gets Ugly!” will assist those in the HR profession to recognize, address, and prevent unlawful harassment in the workplace. This class has been approved as 3.50 HR (General) recertification credit hours through HRCI®. The course (#66863) will meet from 6-10 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 20, and the cost is $70.
