ASHEBORO (February 2, 2018)
Randolph Community College will be offering several real estate courses beginning in February and March at the Asheboro Campus.
"General Real Estate Update" fulfills the annual continuing education credit for Real Estate Brokers as mandated by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. The Commission changes the subject matter of this course each year. "The Contract Maze" is an elective course designed to navigate the intricate details and elusive question of "When does an offer become a contract?" Students will have two opportunities to take this class: from 1-5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22 (#64791), or from 1-5 p.m. on Thursday, March 29 (#64793), in Room 117 of the CEIC. The cost for each is $45.
The third class (#64792) being offered is "Broker-in-Charge Real Estate Update (BICUP)," which will fulfill the annual continuing education credit for Brokers-in-Charge. It will be offered from 8 a.m.-12 noon on Thursday, March 29 in Room 117 of the CEIC. The cost is $45.
All Real Estate courses require students to bring a photo ID and pocket card. Students will receive a 100% refund if a class fails to "make" due to insufficient enrollment. A student who officially withdraws from a class prior to the first class meeting will be eligible for a 100% refund. No refunds are given for students that are listed as "no show."
