RCC Workforce Training courses offer short-term training that leads to a credential to help students find that perfect job. We can prepare for you licensure exams and help you earn industry-recognized credentials in a variety of fields. In a few weeks or months, you can be ready to enter a new career. We also offer many training programs designed to help you gain new and/or upgrade your current job-related skills to enhance your career.
Adult education programs are also offered and are designed for adults who need to improve communication (reading, writing, speaking), to understand and work with numbers, and to develop problem-solving skills necessary for a job, post-secondary training, for the family, or in society.

Courses are taught at locations throughout Randolph County, as well as online.
- Participation in RCC’s Continuing Education programs is open to any individual who is 16 years or older.
- Preregistration and pre-payment are due before the first class in Continuing Education programs (with the exception of fee waived classes).
