Criteria for Selection: Financial need is not a consideration. No FAFSA required. Recipients will be selected according to priorities of being related to someone who belonged to the Pioneer organization or was employed by Sprint/Centel. (If more than one person applies and is in the same priority category, years of service of employee/retiree determines recipient). Recipients must maintain 2.0 GPA and be enrolled at least 6 credit hours. If no Sprint/Centel applicants after July 1, scholarship is awarded to any eligible applicant from general scholarship pool.
