May I take a break while I am taking the placement test?  
Yes, short breaks are allowed while taking the placement test. 

May I bring my child along when I take the test?
Unfortunately, RCC does not have a facility for child care.  Please plan accordingly.

What do I do when I have finished taking the placement test?
Congratulations! You have taken important first steps toward a college career! Your next step is to see a counselor, who can help you understand your scores and what they mean. If you have completed all the admission requirements, you should receive a letter within one to two weeks notifying you of your first opportunity to speak with an advisor about registering for your first classes.
