Tutoring

Peer Tutorial

The Peer Tutorial program is designed for students who are having difficulty in a specific course or area of instruction. Each student is assigned to an available peer tutor for one-on-one assistance with regular coursework. Students in general education programs are eligible for this free service. Students should contact their instructor or apply for this service at the Student Support Services Office located in the Student Services Center.

Students who are interested in receiving any or all of the SSS services should fill out the eligibility form. If you are interested in receiving peer tutoring, also complete the tutoring verification form. This form has to be signed by the professor of the class for which you are seeking tutoring." Once you have one or both of these forms filled out, please come to our office, Room 17 in the Student Services Center (directly across from Financial Aid), to participate in a brief, intake interview.
