Welcome to the RCC Virtual Scholarship Room! 

Each year, the RCC Financial Aid Office receives several letters from scholarship entities that are offering free money to students like you.  Until now, the Financial Aid Office had no way of effectively relaying this information, so very few students were able to take advantage of these opportunities.
Therefore, we decided to build this page for you!  We hope you find it useful and productive.
There are a few things you need to know about this page before you start searching.  They are:

1. The number of scholarships will continue to grow as we receive information from scholarship entities.
2. There are several scholarships listed in this database that are open to the general public, but do not list searchable criteria (ex. a specific department or major).  You can view these by simply clicking “View All Scholarships” and looking for the ones that do not have a Department assigned to them.
3. If you wish to search for scholarships that are specific to the department you are in (ex. Health Occupations), simply select the appropriate field in the “Department” drop down menu and then click “Search Database”.
4. If you wish to search for scholarships that are for specific areas such as Veterans, Minority, or Disabled you can select one of the areas in the “Other Scholarship Areas” drop down menu.
