Metallurgy & Heat Treating Seminar
Set At RCC
ASHEBORO, N.C.--Companies making metal products or doing tool
and die work will benefit from sending key personnel to a one-day seminar
and clinic on solving heat treating and metal failure problems to be held
at Randolph Community College on Wednesday, Oct. 29.
In the "Metallurgy & Heat Treating Seminar & Clinic,"
Bob Edwards, PE, will explain the structure of industrial metals, how
they fail in service, and how their behavior can be altered by practical
methods. Seminar attendees are invited to bring to class actual problems,
such as failed parts.
Registration for the seminar (#0301730), which will be held from 8:30
a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on the Asheboro Campus, is $50. For more information
