RCC Schedules 'Principles of Supervision' Class
At Both Asheboro/Archdale Campuses

 

ASHEBORO, N.C.--Learn the basic skills needed to be an effective supervisor in Randolph Community College's "Principles of Supervision" course set to begin Monday, May 12, on the Asheboro Campus, and Tuesday, May 13, on the Archdale Campus.

This course is recommended for those currently working as supervisors, those who want to improve their skills, or for anyone wanting to develop skills needed to move into a supervising position. Topics include the role of the supervisor, leadership styles, motivation, communications, delegating, coaching, decision making and problem solving, team development, managing conflict and change.

The Asheboro class (#0301484) will meet on Mondays from 6 - 9 p.m., May 12 - July 28. The Archdale class (#0301485) will meet on Tuesdays, 6 - 9 p.m., May 13 - July 22. Cost is $55 registration fee plus approximately $20 for a textbook.
