Nonprofit Fundraising Seminar June 14 in Asheboro & Archdale

            ASHEBORO (June 7, 2007)

 

Denise Ryan, a dynamic motivational speaker with over 10 years of nonprofit experience and an MBA, will be teaching a free seminar on Fundraising for Nonprofit Organizations on Thursday, June 14, in Asheboro and Archdale. The seminar is being sponsored by Randolph Community College Small Business Center, Archdale-Trinity Chamber of Commerce, and ABWA Golden Arch Chapter. Seating is limited so register early.

Participants will learn about all aspects of fundraising to include corporate giving, special events, individual giving, grant writing, and details such as record keeping and donor recognition.

The Asheboro seminar will be held from 1-4 p.m. in Room 103 of the Business Education Center at Randolph Community College’s Asheboro Campus. To register, call 336-633-0275.

The Archdale session will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Archdale-Trinity Chamber of Commerce, 213 Balfour Drive, Archdale. To register, call the Chamber at 336-434-2073.
