Dale Lambert
“(RCC instructors) were driven to ensure we succeeded by pressing us to do our very best. They always took the extra time to fully explain the concepts and the material.”
Dale Lambert earned his associate degree in Business Administration from Randolph Community College in 1999 while working full time. “RCC gave me a strong educational foundation that allowed me to continually build upon throughout my career,” says Dale. “While attending RCC at night and working during the day, I was able to immediately apply the concepts I was exposed to in my business classes to address issues I encountered in my vocational environment.”
Dale said that attending RCC while holding a full-time job required a great commitment, but that he was impressed with the instructors’ commitment as well. “They were driven to ensure we succeeded by pressing us to do our very best. They always took the extra time to fully explain the concepts and the material. It was great having instructors that not only had the book knowledge, but had the real world experiences to go along with it.”
Dale has worked at Randolph Electric Membership Corp. for 24 years, where he was a journeyman lineman before advancing to his current role as executive vice president and general manager.Dale Lambert
