Domonic Bailey
"I'm happy with what I'm doing. I want to build my company's reputation by delivering quality work."
Domonic Bailey graduated from the Autobody Repair program at Randolph Community College in 2005 and now owns and operates his own business, Phat Hood Detailing in Asheboro.
After serving in the U.S. Army, Domonic worked at Georgia Pacific for awhile before deciding to return to school. He explored several programs of study before settling on Autobody Repair.
Domonic was always interested in owning his own business, driving a truck when he first got out of the service. In addition to his degree in Autobody Repair, Domonic decided to seek help from Randolph Community College's Small Business Center prior to opening his detailing business. He took several classes and opened his business in April 2005.
"I'm happy with what I'm doing," he says. "I want to build my company's reputation by delivering quality work." His future plans include the possibility of offering high-end rental cars to customers who are having their cars detailed.
Domonic lives in Asheboro with his wife, Michelle. They have a blended family with four children, two boys and two girls.Domonic Bailey
