Randolph Community College's campuses will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 19, and remain closed through Jan. 1 for the holiday break. The College will also close at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 18, instead of the usual 10 p.m. closing time since there are no classes in session.
The RCC Foundation will also be closed Dec. 20, 2008-Jan. 1, 2009. Gifts to the Foundation will be recorded for 2008 if they are received in the Foundation office by 3 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 19, or postmarked by December 31.
The College will reopen on Friday, Jan. 2 and be open from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. that day. Late registration for spring semester credit classes will be held on Friday, Jan. 2, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., and Monday through Wednesday, Jan. 5-7, from 9 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Spring credit classes begin Monday, Jan. 5. During late registration, students may enroll only in classes that have not held the first class meeting.
Students who haven't completed the admissions process yet or those who are returning to RCC after an absence of one semester or more should call 336-633-0224 before the holiday break or go to www.randolph.edu and click on the "How to Enroll" Quick Link. This will simplify the registration process during late registration.
Students in the Archdale/Trinity area wishing to register for the new videoconferencing courses offered at the Archdale Center may register in Archdale during the same hours. Go to www.randolph.edu/academics/schedule.php to see the spring schedule of classes. Online registration is available to current students and new students who have completed their admissions process.
