Salem College to Hold Information Session on
Business Administration Bachelor's Degree Classes at RCC July 29

ASHEBORO (July 25, 2008)

Salem College will hold an information session at Randolph Community College on Tuesday, July 29, for students interested in attending classes on the RCC campus to earn their bachelor's degree in business administration. The information session will be from 5:30-7 p.m. in the Foundation Conference Center on the Asheboro Campus. Representatives from Salem College will be present to provide information and answer questions.

This program is part of an effort by RCC President Bob Shackleford to establish a University Center on RCC's campus that will allow various four-year schools to offer bachelor's degree programs to Randolph County residents. A similar program in elementary education was established at Randolph Community College by Pfeiffer University in January 2008, and criminal justice classes are being offered by Greensboro College on the RCC campus for the first time this fall.
