Randolph Community College Spring Registration January 2

ASHEBORO (December 5, 2007)

Registration for new and returning students for spring 2008 credit classes will be held between 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 2, at Randolph Community College's Asheboro Campus. New students may register at the Archdale Center from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 2.

All new students must attend an orientation session prior to registering. Orientations will be held at 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 2 in the R. Alton Cox Learning Resources Center auditorium on the Asheboro Campus. Students registering in Archdale may attend orientation there between 4 and 6:30 p.m.

Spring classes begin Monday, Jan. 7. Students may register for classes and adjust their schedule Monday through Wednesday, Jan. 7-9. During late registration, students may register on a seat available basis and only in classes that have not held the first class meeting. Because of these restrictions, we strongly encourage students to register on Jan. 2.

Students who haven't filled out an application for admission, should call 336-633-0224 as soon as possible to complete their paperwork. A $5 application fee will be charged for applications received after Wednesday, Dec. 19.

If you have a special situation, such as returning to RCC after an absence of one semester or more or planning to transfer credit(s) to another school where you are currently enrolled, you should contact the Admissions Office immediately at 336-633-0224.

Randolph Community College offers over 25 credit programs, including a popular College Transfer program in which students can save thousands of dollars on their four-year degree and a new associate degree program in Healthcare Management Technology that was launched this fall.
