ASHEBORO (February 5, 2007) – Randolph Community College’s Continuing Education Division will offer a Mechanical Blueprint Reading class beginning in February, designed for those working in jobs that require a fundamental knowledge of mechanical blueprints or those seeking employment in that area. The class will meet from 6-9 p.m., Mondays, Feb. 19 – April 30.
This course introduces students to the basic principles of reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints. Learn the use of and apply symbols, lines, views, dimensioning, and procedures notes to understand blueprints. The instructor is Tom Brown. Registration fee is $55, plus approximately $42 for a textbook.
