RCC has partnered with Davidson County Community College to present a Travel & Tour Series.

Most of the trips will be day trips and within North Carolina, but overnight trips are being considered also. Travel will be by chartered bus leaving from the Archdale Off-Campus Center and the DCCC Lexington Campus. If anyone is interested, please fill-out the application (see link) and submit it by the deadline.

Tours currently planned:

Barter Theatre in Abingdon, VA

  • November 30, 2007
  • Depart at 8AM from the Archdale Off-Campus Center
  • Lunch in Abingdon then a 2 p.m. performance of “It’s A Wonderful Life” at the Barter Theatre followed by a historical tour of the theatre.
  • Cost: $65 (includes bus, lunch, admission and gratuities)
  • We will leave Abingdon around 4:30 p.m. returning to this area around 7:30 p.m.
  • If the group wishes to stop for dinner, the cost of your meal will be your responsible.
