THE HORIZON OF THE RANDOLPH COMMUNITY COLLEGE ARCHDALE CAMPUS IS CHANGING

Participate in the exciting growth by recognizing and honoring a friend or loved one through a donation of a bench to be installed at the Archdale Campus.

ASHEBORO (April 10, 2006) – As the horizon of the Randolph Community College (RCC) Archdale campus changes, opportunities to be involved are around every corner. To serve and meet the growing needs for high-quality educational programming in the Archdale and Trinity areas, RCC is completing 12,068 square feet of new construction that will nearly double the College’s capacity at its Archdale campus.

The RCC Foundation is offering individual donors, groups or companies the opportunity to recognize special events and honor friends or loved ones through the donation of a bench to be installed at the Archdale campus. A limited number of benches are available.

Each sponsorship of a bench will include a 3” x 5” metal plaque bearing wording of choice. The architectural plans for the expansion call for eight benches to be located near the main campus entryway; four additional benches to be placed in other locations on campus. All bench locations are available on a first come, first served basis.

The minimum donation required to sponsor a bench is $1,200, but additional contributions are welcome. Remaining proceeds from each bench purchased will help build an unrestricted endowment fund to support Randolph Community College.
