RCC Instructor Wins Professional Photographers Awards

Ashley Fetner of Randolph Community College won numerous awards at the Professional Photographers of North Carolina Annual Convention held in Raleigh, NC March 4th - 8th.
All six of his images were accepted for exhibition with 4 Courts Of Honor and 3 Second Place Awards.
He was honored for his photographic excellence for his exceptional photographic image in the Portrait Category by receiving the Kodak National Gallery Award. This award from Kodak is to recognize photographers who are producing work at the highest level of their craft and helping professional photography grow and prosper.

His image titled "Poets Hat" was one of 25 chosen for the Professional Photographers of North Carolina Loan Collection. These were chosen by the judges to represent the high quality of work by North Carolina Professional Photographers. The loan collection can be viewed at www.ppofnc.com.
Ashley, a fine art and portrait photographer, teaches in the photography department of Randolph Community College.
