“Real Estate Agency: Art or Agony” is an elective course designed to cause brokers to “stop...and...think” about his/her actions or inactions when working with buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, especially when acting as a dual agent. Students will have two opportunities to take this class: from 1-5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9, or from 1-5 p.m. on Thursday, March 9, in Room 103 of the CEIC. The cost for each is $45.
The third class being offered is “Broker-in-Charge Real Estate Update (BICUP),” which will fulfill the annual continuing education credit for Brokers-in-Charge. It will be offered from 8 a.m.-12 noon on Thursday, March 9 in Room 103 of the CEIC. The cost is $45.
All Real Estate courses require students to bring a photo ID and pocket card. Students will receive a 100% refund if a class fails to “make” due to insufficient enrollment. A student who officially withdraws from a class prior to the first class meeting will be eligible for a 100% refund. No refunds are given for students that are listed as “no show.”
