Welcome! At RCC, the Office of Financial Aid and Veterans Affairs strives to ensure that no student who can benefit from an RCC education be denied that opportunity due to finances. We are committed to allocating our financial aid resources to help the broadest range of students.
RCC's Office of Financial Aid and Veterans Affairs helps thousands of students and their families each year. We strive to tailor students’ financial aid packages to their individual needs and goals, and to help them secure every dollar of assistance for which they qualify.
To apply for most types of aid, students must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). When completing the FAFSA, make sure to enter RCC's Federal School Code of 005447. This application must be renewed each academic year for a student to continue receiving financial aid. Certain scholarships, grants, or other types of aid require a separate application through the department or organization providing the aid.
Remember: You must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) every academic year in order to receive financial aid.
If you would like more information or need application information, please feel free to call us at (336) 633-0200. For specific financial aid contact information, visit our online staff directory. If you prefer to speak with someone in person, our office is located at the Asheboro Campus in the Student Services Center at 629 Industrial Park Ave. We’re open 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday.
We look forward to helping you make RCC part of your education plans.
