Student Services Information Randolph Community College offers a full range of support services for all students. Students seeking assistance should contact one of the staff members listed below or contact the Student Services offices by email at info@randolph.edu or by phone at 336.633.0224 Student Support ServicesThe Student Support Services Program (SSS) is federally funded by the U.S. Department of Education. Our main goal is student success. We provide free tutoring (This tutoring program is separate from the free online tutoring offered by Smarthinking. You may click on on the Smarthinking tab, located on the left hand tool bar, for additional information on Smarthinking); academic personal and career counseling; a computer lab; and equipment check-out (calculators, laptops and tape recorders. Please call, 633-0230, or come by the office to see if you qualify to receive these services. We are located in the Student Services Building, across from the Financial Aid Office. If you do not qualify for services through the grant, we can often make arrangements to receive tutoring or other services through other avenues at RCC.

Students seeking enrollment and registration services, grades/transcripts, schedule adjustments, course add/drop/withdrawal, change of major or graduation information will need to contact the RCC Registrar's office for assistance.
