How to modify your profile for your online course(s)

1. First thing you need to do is to modify your profile on our Virtual Campus (http://www.virtualrandolph.org)

2. On the Virtual Campus Web Site, click on "Edit Your Online Account" located under Hot Links.

3. On the Account Services page, click on "Edit Your Online Account"

4. Enter your lastname, firstname and social security number.

5. Click on "Lookup Account"

6. Click "Edit Information"

7. You can modify all information except your Social Security Number.

8. When you are finished, click "Save Information"

9. If you are changing your first or last name, you must also change this information in EACH Educator course as well.

10. To modify your profile in an Educator course, click on "Grades/Profile" and choose "modify profile."

11. After you chance your information, scroll to the bottom and select "Re-create profile"

12. Just remember - You have to do this in each course you are enrolled in.
