All courses are alphabetized by course code. All courses are to be pursued in a normal sequence with prerequisite courses taken as indicated. This course will cover the principles and procedures involved in managing an automotive facility. Emphasis is placed on record maintenance, facility layout, technical service training, personnel management, parts management, and computer-based shop management systems.
