N.C. residents 65 years or older are exempt from registration fees in some classes. Please ask when you register if your class is exempt.

Learn to handle foods in a safe and sanitary manner. Upon completion, participants will receive a nationally recognized certification by the National Restaurant Association. ServSafe certification can add two points on the Health Inspection Grade. Students must attend all sessions in order to take the exam; no absences are allowed. Additional sections may be arranged for your business.
