Bartending/ Mixology Training

The bar and hospitality industry is booming. Everyday new restaurants and hotels are opening, creating new opportunities for bartending. With the hands-on training you will get at RCC, you will have the bartending skills employers look for in their new hires. Students will learn to mix approximately 100 drinks.

Bartending - Mixology

Become a bartender and learn the professional art of mixology. Learn the techniques of drink recipes, use of wines, fruit cutting, utensils, glassware, ABC laws, legal liability, bar management, and employment opportunities, or just for home use. NOTE: Must be 21 years or older to take this course. Alcohol use will not be permitted during these class sessions.

N.C. residents 65 years or older are exempt from registration fees in some classes. Please ask when you register if your class is exempt.
