ServSafe

($65 + approx. $108 for text and test)
Learn to handle foods in a safe and sanitary manner. Upon completion, participants will receive a nationally recognized certification by the National Restaurant Association. ServSafe certification can add two points on the Health Inspection Grade. Students must attend all sessions in order to take the exam; no absences are allowed.
