Fee Waiver Courses

All Human Resources Development courses are fee-waived (FREE) to those who are unemployed, have been notified of impending layoff, receive Federal Earned Income Tax Credit or meet income eligibility requirements. All others may enroll by paying the advertised fee.

The Human Resources Development program provides employment training, counseling, and assistance to prepare individuals for entry or reentry into the workforce. Courses are available to help individuals explore their career options, receive career planning and educational counseling, as well as build job search strategies and interviewing techniques.
