General Information
Enrollment
Every effort will be made to accommodate maximum participation in the course(s) of your choice.
All attendees are encouraged to preregister to ensure available courses. Attendance is mandatory for all courses that begin on Friday or you will not be allowed in course on Saturday.
Students are requested to go directly to the appropriate classrooms Friday and/or Saturday morning. Course rosters, room numbers, and directions will be posted at the Main Campus in the Administration/Education Center, outside the Continuing Education Office. Please look for your course title and room number upon arrival.
Students under age 18, but at least 16 years of age, must send the completed Concurrent Enrollment section (on the Registration form) signed by their High School Principal in order to be registered for this training. Persons without such proper release or authorization will not be allowed to participate. If you are a student who is at least 16 years of age and under 18 years of age AND have graduated or received your GED, you will need to submit a copy of your diploma or GED with the registration form.
Fee Schedule
All students attending RCC’s Weekend Fire and Rescue College MUST pay a $25 registration fee (
No Credit Cards).
All IN-STATE students who are affiliated with a Public Safety provider are fee exempt from tuition (but not the $25 registration fee). All OUT-OF-STATE students or NON-PUBLIC SAFETY affiliated students are required to pay associated tuition fee ($65), as indicated in the Course Information Section as well.

Receipts will be given to all registrants upon arrival.
Please send registration and fees in as soon as possible to guarantee selections by mailing registration form and check or money order made out to Randolph Community College, to Randolph Community College, Attn. Weekend Fire and Rescue College, Randolph Community College, 629 Industrial Park Avenue, Asheboro, N.C. 27205.
Location
All on-site registrations will be held at the Main Campus in the Administration/Education Center, outside the Continuing Education Office. Most courses will be held at the Randolph Community College Main Campus and some will be held at the Emergency Services Training Center. All students report to Main Campus for first course meeting. Some sections require off-campus meetings. Transportation to these locations is NOT provided.
Certificates
Students who successfully complete the course in which they are enrolled will be awarded a certificate from Randolph Community College. Please print name legibly on registration form; certificates are processed from these forms. Successful completion includes attending all course sessions.
