Focused Industry Training
Focused Industrial Training is a special training program designed to serve special needs of North Carolina’s manufacturing industries. The focus of courses offered through FIT is on critical skills that change as technology changes. Customized instruction is directed toward skilled and semi-skilled production workers, industrial maintenance workers, and leaders of personnel who perform industrial processes. Through individualized needs assessments and consultations, Randolph Community College can design and implement targeted, customized training for organizations that need to upgrade workers’ skills because of technological or process advances. Highly qualified instructors conduct classes at convenient times for you and your employees either at your work site or at RCC’s Asheboro Campus or Archdale Center.
